Are your children aged over 12 and looking for adventure? Why not visit the Prison for an adventurous underground Tunnels Tour.

Participants will be provided with a hardhat, overalls and boots before charging their headlamps and locking into the ladder system for a 20 metre descent into the depths below. They will trek through sections of the labyrinth of tunnels on foot, board a replica convict punt to explore the submerged passageways accessible only by boat and discover original blast holes, bores, oil lamp recesses and artefacts from the days when working in the tunnels was hard labour for prisoners.

Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+.

Fremantle Prison will be offering $180 family passes for the Tunnels Tour during the school holiday period (8 April – 23 April, inclusive)

Bookings and pre-payment are essential. Want to know more? Call us on 9336 9200 to book or visit here for more information.
