Whilst visiting relatives in Perth, we'd been recommended this as a 'must do' visit so today we 'did do'. Our tour - 'Behind Bars' was interesting, illuminating, funny, sad and just a downright superb lesson in the history of this fascinating place. Our guide struck the perfect balance of humour, entertainment and factual interest, but without losing the focus on what was a pretty awful place to exist. Very highly recommended.
