Freo Builds 2026: Time Travel Freo

Freo Builds returns these school holidays, transforming Fremantle into a city-wide LEGO® adventure trail for families with children aged 2–12 years.

This year's theme, Time Travel Freo, invites visitors to discover unique LEGO® creations inspired by Fremantle's iconic landmarks and reimagined through different periods in history. The designs were created by WA children and brought to life by local LEGO® builders.

As one of the official event venues, Fremantle Prison is proud to once again support this much-loved school holiday event and showcase one of the creative LEGO® builds featured on the trail.

Families can follow the trail throughout Fremantle, collect code words, vote for their favourite build, enjoy bonus activities, and claim a free LEGO® minifigure for participating children (terms and conditions apply).

The event is free; however, bookings are essential. Register at: https://www.visitfremantle.com.au/freobuilds
