Best-selling crime fiction author Alan Carter and Assistant Police Commissioner Arlene Mavratsou share the stage with writer and academic Richard King for a conversation that will consider how emerging technologies are influencing the ways in which law enforcement agencies approach crime prevention and prosecution, and how they might also be fueling the rise of tech-enabled crime.
